Responsibilities Day-to-Day: (as an IT Account Executive you’ll…)
Help create a sales plan to offer our services to potential customers
Identify and generate new business relationships and opportunities for managed IT partnerships
Cold call company decision makers to offer the benefits of BIG Networks IT services
Update and maintain new leads’ information ensuring current and accurate company data, contacts and notes of interaction
Work closely with tech team to qualify prospects and coordinate technology assessment
Identify new ways to satisfy each and every customer, every interaction, every day, every which way

Qualifications: (as in, what does it take to do this job?)
Successful sales experience
A unique balance of sales and service culture
Exceptional people skills; the ability to engage and motivate customers
Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills (People like you. Listen to you. And trust you!)
Self-motivation, time management and personal accountability
Track record of success for sale planning
IT experience, though not required, it is a major plus
